The Sussex Business Show Customer Experience Awards is sponsored by Cleankill Pest Control.

That’s why we launched the Customer Experience Awards, a rigorous competition designed to recognise and celebrate the outstanding achievements of businesses in Sussex industry. Through a comprehensive mystery shopping program involving 100 exhibitors, we assessed customer service performance across a variety of key metrics which included making phone calls to customers, emailing the sales and technical teams to see how companies responded and used their chatbox’s on websites to gauge response times. Some good, some very bad.

In the end we had 10 finalists, and this was pushed down to 3 winners after more calls were made.
