Thank You to Our Thought Leaders & Bootcamp Speakers
The Sussex Business Show at Brighton Dome was powered by more than stands and retro games
A huge thank you to our Featured Thought Leaders and Health & Wellbeing Bootcamp Speakers for giving their time, insights, and inspiration:
Emma Draper opened the day with style, sharing her journey from award-winning Velvet Hove to property development and setting the tone for everything that followed.
Toby Moore, TEDxBrighton curator and co-founder of Possible, followed with creative insights that had the audience rethinking what’s possible in business.
Pippa Moyle, founder of the City Girl Network, brought third-act energy as she showed how to build meaningful communities and empower women across the UK.
Kyriakos Paxivanos, co-founder of Nostos Hove and Little Jasmine Therapies & Spa, rounded out the morning session with lessons in entrepreneurship and lifelong learning.
The afternoon sessions delivered equal impact:
Sam Rehan, our resident Laughing Coach, had the entire room giggling while teaching the science of stress relief.
Jess Roper, English Kickboxing Champion and founder of I Am Fighting Fit, spoke with her firstborn strapped to her, while her mum looked on. Three generations on stage and a moment no one will forget.
Gavin Walsh, founder of Body Fixers, shared practical steps to help men in their late 40s stay fit, strong and confident.
Tiffany Tsoi, the only speaker outside the health and wellbeing space, is a multi-successful cultural connector running three different businesses. We gave her the stage to showcase her talent, and she delivered a masterclass in building creative networks.
Your talks sparked conversations across the show floor and gave our guests fresh ideas to take back to their own businesses.
