Sonny Cutting is an entrepreneur working in Brighton, living in Hurstpierpoint but working all over Sussex to meet new connections through networking, tradeshows, conferences and innovative, tech styled events.

Network Xpress Ltd, the brand which powers the Sussex Business Show, and founded in Sussex, has grown into a well-known out of the box thinker for businesses in the local region, bringing new ideas and concepts to tradeshows and events alike. The company offers game focused business expos with a range of themes which have captured people’s imagination with golf, tennis and football themes. The Sussex Business Show creates new innovative ideas and additions to its already successful brand to help, support and inspire both start-ups to larger scale organisations.

Gavin Willis met Sonny Cutting at the Acumen Business Convention last year and they both seemed to have a lot in common, golf, where we both live and supporting charities and so forth. So, it was wonderful alliance.

Donna Holland is Chief Executive of Rockinghorse Children’s Charity which supports sick and disabled children. The charity provides live-saving medical equipment, children friendly environments, funds ground-breaking medical research, family support and additional services with the aim of saving and improving the lives of babies, toddlers and children.

Over the years Donna’s work has won numerous charity and third sector awards for her work – campaigning for change, expanding rights of marginalised groups and supporting children and young people. In 2022 Donna was named a Woman of the Year – an award which recognises women from across the UK and around the world who are doing remarkable work and making a difference to others. Despite being a self-confessed introvert, Donna is a champion and outspoken advocate for social change and human rights.

In 2023 the game theme was casino, in previous years we’ve had golf, football, tennis and billiards. We intend to enable a perk for the new headline sponsor of 2024 to choose the game theme for the September 26th, event.

In 2023, the event is completely free to attend, but from 2024 we’re adding a breakfast event and a guest speaker, so if you want the breakfast too, then it’s an additional £75+VAT. (Exclusive event for 75 guests only)
