Gingerbread Royal Pavilion

In an awe-inspiring display of confectionery craftsmanship, Gingerbread World has created an edible masterpiece—a mouth watering rendition of The Royal Pavilion. This extraordinary piece of art was commissioned by the Sussex Business Show 2023 to not just tease taste buds, but make a tangible difference to the lives of children.

The entire creation is being auctioned off, with all proceeds generously donated to Rockinghorse, a charity dedicated to enhancing the lives of sick babies, children and young people throughout Sussex.

The metaphorical floor to the auction is now open, and we welcome your participation.

The stakes are not just the pounds, but in the impact we can collectively have for Rockinghorse and the children they tirelessly support.

And the starting bid for this gingerbread extravaganza was set at a humble £100. In the end we raised £500 for Rockinghorse Children’s Charity on the Just Giving site.
